Geri has spent her whole life in the Redwood Falls Area. Raised on a small farm just minutes from Redwood Falls, she has learned the importance of community involvement and service. She lives in Redwood Falls with her husband, Corey Theis, an Area Marketing Manager for Schult Homes Corporation. Geri and Corey have 4 children: Justin age 20, Stephanie age 18, CJ age 10 and Ashley age 8. When asked, “Why Real Estate?” Geri’s comment was, “I enjoy the process of helping people move towards their goal of home ownership. As a licensed Realtor I believe that selling and purchasing a home is a financial, emotional and intellectual decision. Nan has been a Realtor for 5 years in Redwood Falls, Minnesota. She has Bachelor’s Degrees from the University of Minnesota and Southwest State University, Marshall and completed Real Estate Training through ProSource. Before arriving in Redwood Falls, Nan worked with the public for over 21 years for Explore Minnesota Tourism. Nan has been active in area arts for twenty years and is an artist herself. She is a board member of Tatanka Arts of Redwood & Renville Counties and is an Ambassador for Redwood Area Chamber & Tourism. Nan is a graduate of the Blandin Leadership program and the Blandin CALP Team (Community Advantage Leadership Program). Her hobbies include gardening, artwork and reading. Her favorite places are the Redwood Falls area and her family cabin at Big Sandy Lake and visiting her daughter, Katy in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Nan’s reason for working in real estate is her love of houses, working with people and matching up your needs with just the right house! |

Mike is a graduate of California State University with a B.A. in Business Administration and earned designation as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He has a total of 22 years experience in real estate and 25 years experience as a General Building Contractor. Mike has been a Residential Building Contractor and is the owner/operator of House Calls Home Repair & Remodeling as well as the Licensed Broker/Owner of Scenic City Realty. Mike has two grown children, a son Mike Jr. who is a builder/carpenter in northern Minnesota; and daughter Julie who owns a hair design studio in Walnut Grove, Minnesota. Mike’s kids have given him the joy of 6 grandchildren. You may hear some of the ads his granddaughters recorded for Scenic City Realty on the local radio station. Mike and Nan live in a home they designed and built in Redwood Falls and enjoy their half acre garden and the beautiful view from their deck. Fishing is one of Mike’s favorite pastimes as well as reading and playing cards. Mitch has a background in Construction and in Farming. He attended South Dakota State University in Brookings and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with his major field of study in Construction Management and a Business Minor. Mitch grew up in Redwood County and he and his wife live in Redwood Falls. |
